There are some really good deals around just now.  It all depends really where you want to be, where your work is and what your budget is. Have a look at areas such as Motorcity – easily accessible to Emirates Road prices approx Dhs 45,000, Dubai Marina – easy for work in TECOM area prices approx Dhs 50,000, Silicon Oasis convenient for DIFC, Business Bay, Festival City and prices are approx Dhs40,000.
