Q I just left a company after working 8 months in Dubai and I heard I have a year ban from them, I got another job where they are agreeing to lift my ban how is that possible?
A We have confirmed with the Ministry of Labour, unfortunately once a company has imposed a 1 year ban this cannot be lifted under any circumstances.
