Q  Hi Louise, I would like to know about police clearance certificates. Actually I have 3 credit cards which I have not made repayments on for the last 4 months because I lost my job last January. I then went to my home country and have now returned as I got a job offer but the need a clearance certificate so I am a bit afraid – will my credit cards effect this clearance? (I will pay the balance in future). –

A If the bank open a case with the police against you, you will not be able to get Good Conduct certificate.
