I have done some research but haven’t found a lot of information.  My question is I have a Canadian friend that would like to come here for a holiday but while she is here with her companion, they would like to get married on the beach or a hotel.  Is this possible for them for them to do?

Prerequisite for  marriage in Dubai is that both or at least one partner is UAE resident. So since this couple is coming to Dubai for a holiday,  they will not be UAE residents and will not be allowed to get married here.
