How should I deal with a neighbor playing electric guitar far too loudly? I have been trying to talk with him calmly, my husband has tried to do the same, I have asked the security to tell them if they could lower the volume… only to be answered “they should go for a walk, they do not have to stay here and listen.” I have even proposed to buy him the headset he can use to hear himself without causing troubles to others. The problem is, the other two apartments on our floor are empty, so it seems the matter disturbs only my family. What should be my next step? Are there rules or regulations concerning the matter? Please help, I am really exhausted!
