Hi, do you know anywhere I can get a Fascinator to wear to the Dubai World Cup, apart from the normal high street shops?

You could try the BurJuman Centre as they have the International Millinery Exhibition on just now, Louise Harrison Couture in Souk Madinat Jumeirah or Oasis Fashion at Wafi.
