Am soon moving to Dubai, where my husband got a job requiring a lot of travels. We have 2 baby girls (26 & 2 months old respectively).  Could you suggest ways of finding some house help (nannies/house help), so to get started?

You could contact  The Perfect Help who can help find a maid for you before you arrive otherwise when you arrive use the services of a maid agency (click here for a list) and the housemaids can help you with the house work on a part-time or full-time basis but with out the need for you to sponsor the maid.  Sponsoring a maid can be quite costly so you want to make sure you have found the right maid before you do so.  If you use an agency it will also give you time to talk to people you meet in Dubai who may be able to recommend a good maid first hand.
