Q Hi I’m new to the area and would like your advice on where to look for flat shares in the Jumeira. 3 area ideally I’m looking to share an apartment  with other expat professionals please could you advise me where to look.

A Hi the best place to look for a flat share is www.dubizzle.com where they have a rental section not only villas and apartments but rooms for rent. Alternatively if you want to be located in Jumeirah 3 pop along to Spinneys Umm Suqueim, Choithrams on Al Wasl Road or Park’N’Shop at Safa (just off Al Wasl Road) and check out their notice boards.
