Q Hi Louise, can you help me find where i can get rose buds for cheap prices in Dubai, i need them to decorate my home for some special occasion.

A Hi – I don’t actually know where you can get cheap rose buds – obviously you can check out a few florists but my best suggestion would be to go to the plant souk that has relocated to Al Aweer area. Here are my directions.
Take Emirates Road in Sharjah direction, take turning for Hatta, go past Dragon Mart. turn right at the next roundabout, following the signs to Dubai Academic City (You will see the orange trucks everywhere as this is also the area where the Al Aweer sewage plant is located). This is Academic City Road, turn left at the next roundabout. The signs there point to Warsan. At the next small roundabout you will see the plant shops. Plants and flowers are much cheaper here than you will find in town.
