Hello, I am looking for some makeup tutorial classes where I can learn to do makeup professionally for Arabic & non-Arabic clients here in Dubai. I live in the Business Bay area.
I would suggest you contact Esmod Dubai based in Dubai International Academic City (this would be the nearest to Business Bay) and Formul’A based in Knowledge Village. Both these establishments offer professional make-up courses and both have parts in the course that cover Arabic make-up techniques.
