A It all depends where you want to live but if you choose something like Al Khail Gate in Al Quoz this will cost your approximately Dhs40,000 per year or if you choose International City then a one bedroom will cost as low as Dhs 25,000 per year. Many apartment rents include air conditioning but if not this should not be a huge expense if you are both out at work all day. Food is expensive in Dubai but should cost you no more than Dhs 500 per week so therefore I think Dhs 10,000 is a fine offer.
