Q Hello Louise, we are moving to live in Dubai after Summer, and we’ll plan to move to Al Barari Do you know about these area? it is pretty new and not many people living there.. can you give us some Tips?

A Some of the most luxurious villas in Dubai are located in the new residential area of Al Barari. Al Barari is located just off the Emirates Road a road which links Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman & Ras Al Khaimah. As well as good links to the rest of the Emirates it has good links to areas in Dubai such as DIFC, Business Bay, and Festival City. The nearest schools to this area include Repton, JESS Arabian Ranches, DESC, DESS and Wellington Silicon Oasis. There are no shops at Al Barari but Spinneys (one of the local supermarket chains) is easily accessible 10 minutes away at MotorCity. Large shopping centers such at Mirdif City Centre and Dubai Mall are a short 20 minute drive away. You are right in saying it is pretty new but many of the villas are already occupied however there is still some construction going on in the area but this seems to be far away from the villas already occupied.
There are 3 types of signature villas there:Dahlia, Bromelia &Acacia. All are extremely spacious and with very large gardens however please be aware these will be very expensive to water.
