I have my concern here, I read online and on newspaper about the amnesty here in Dubai from Dec 4 2012to Feb 3 2013, My plan is to grab this opportunity and go back to my home country. Louise, my question is can I come back to the UAE specifically Dubai any-time after I avail this amnesty for example after 1-month or 2-months, or is there any specific time-frame to when can come back to UAE or is there a lifetime ban?

According to new rule, there will be no ban and the person can come back any time if he/she does not have a criminal case/ legal case.
