We are my wife 2 kids 7 and 10 and I are from Mumbai India and are relocating to Dubai this academic year i.e 2015-16. We are looking to move in a community where the kids come out and play in common amenities. We are ok with apartments and villas. The kids have got admissions in JBS which is in Jumeriah. We would prefer something around, but that is not a necessary condition. Our clear priority is that the kids should play after school within the community along with other kids. kindly help…

I would suggest you contact a property company called Al Kawakeb who have small compounds in that area. I would also contact Arenco who also manage compounds in the Satwa area that would be ideal. All these compounds have families. The nearest apartments would be on Sheikh Zayed Road.
