Hi Louise, My first husband divorced me 10 years ago and now pregnant from my second husband. My question is do I need to provide divorce paper when getting birth certificate? Note that I delivered my first child here in Dubai 14 years ago.

If the baby is from her second husband and born after marriage (after 9 months any time) she does not need to provide a divorce certificate from her first husband. She will need to provide Original passport of her and her current husband, passport copies of both, original notification from the hospital and original marriage certificate.
