I am holder of Croatian passport (European Union) living in Qatar and having Qatar Driver’s License. If I move to Dubai can I transfer my Qatar Driver’s License to UAE Driver’s License?
No, because you have to be a citizen of Qatar and Croatia is not on the list of 36 countries that can transfer their driving license.
