I would strongly recommend you to look for a Nanny when you arrive here.  I feel it is best to actually meet the person that will be looking after your child and ideally talk to their previous employer.  The supermarkets & forums have notice boards where housemaids/nannies that are coming to the end of their contracts are advertised and many times you have the opportunity to talk to their most recent employer.  Another option is to contact a company such as MaidCV.com
