My wife and I are considering homeschooling our children. Do you know if this is legal in the UAE?

There are many children that are home schooled in Dubai.  It is not actually recognised by the government in Dubai but whether it is legal you would have to make further enquiries.  Because it is not recognised, should you wish to then transfer your child to a regular school in Dubai you may face problems however there is one curriculum recognised by the Knowledge of Human Development Authority called K12 who have an office here in Dubai.  There is also a facebook group – Dubai and Northern Emirates Homeschooling which you could also get more useful information from.
