I am planning to shift to Dubai with my family for my work. I was wondering if you could suggest a residential locality for us. My budget is AED 80,000 to AED 100,000. I would prefer a locality close to a metro station since I will have to commute to DIFC for my work.
It depends on how many bedrooms you require but for this budget for a 2 bedroom apartment you should consider Discovery Gardens, Jumeirah Lake Towers and apartments along Sheikh Zayed Road. Apartments along Sheikh Zayed Road and JLT are the most convenient for the metro. In Discovery Gardens you may find something slightly cheaper but it is not as near the metro and Business Bay is the nearest to DIFC but again not as convenient for the metro. In all these areas you will find an apartment for under AED 100,000 for 2 bedrooms. It is also worth considering areas in Deira such as Al Qusais as the metro runs through these areas too.
