A. The best place to buy bulk party gift toys at a good price is the toy souk at the creek. You can also buy the party bags at a reasonable price. The easiest way to get here is to drive to Carrefour at Al Shindagha and park your car there. Walk down to the creek, turn right and walk past the HSBC building towards the abra stop and take an abra across to the spice souk. Get off walk under the underpass, walk past the spice souk towards the gold souk and take the first alley on the left. This leads you to lots of shops selling items for your party bags such as bubbles, pencils, cuddly toys, bouncy balls, girlie jewellery, cars etc. If you don’t want to or don’t have time to do this journey then The Party Centre in Garhoud (04 283 1353), Party Shop at Motorcity or stores such as Park’n’Shop all have a good selection of little toys and novelty items for your party bag.
