Following the birth of Elaine’s second child and Bub’s who is now expecting her second baby, they both noticed a gap in the market for mothers and families in Dubai. After extensive research, the duo realised that many others thought the same and decided it was the ideal opportunity to set up a one-stop shop service for mums in the Emirate; hence the creation of Mumcierge.
We understand the value of parent’s time and are dedicated to making life a whole lot easier; no matter how large or small, simple or complicated, ordinary or unusual the request, you can rely on us to find the best solution.

Mumcierge works on a triple tiered membership, enabling families to select the membership that best suits their budget and their needs.  The options are Pay as You Go, Monthly Membership and the Gold Annual Membership.

Offered to all members are themed coffee mornings, where on a weekly basis an external guest or one of Mumcierge’s partners is invited to attend offering a host of information, latest products and services that are useful to parents; where relevant products are offered to members to be tried and tested at home. The first two guests will be a representative from Greenie Pants, eco friendly products and Cecile de Scally Midwife.

Not forgetting the little ones, weekly activities for all age groups of children ranging from golf, rugby, dancing, art, cooking, swimming, tennis, riding, football, drumming, mummy fitness and lots more.  Schedules of activities are denoted on the website www.mumcierge.ae, the first to be Socatots followed by kids cooking master classes with Dima Sharif and Boogie Babies.

Monthly and Gold membership will include the Mumcierge exclusive health workshops working with top health care professionals within the UAE. These will run at least one a month, the first to take place in April will be run by Naeema Jiwani, Developmental Psychology Specialist at the Human Relations Institute. Naeema will address attendees with a brief on the PREP program; a variety of internationally acclaimed developmental and evidence based Parenting Programs catered to parents with children in the following age brackets: 0 – 3, 3 – 6 and 6 – 12 years.

Exclusive to Gold Members, is the virtual PA/concierge service including booking family holidays, restaurant bookings, essential reminder service such as: car, house contents and building insurance, registering your baby’s birth, passport applications, nursery/school applications.  Each Gold member will be provided with an AED300 Azur Spa voucher to be redeemed in the comfort of their own home and a free ticket to the Mumcierge Annual Gala Dinner, supporting the Riding for the Disabled Association Dubai.
