Al Quoz
Al Quoz is located in Western Dubai between Al Khail and Sheikh Zayed Road. Al Quoz is comprised of a residential area in the northeast and an industrial area in the southwest. The residential areas of Al Quoz 1, 2 and 4 are home to a mix of expats and Emirati families. Villas have unique and individual designs. The residential development is in close proximity to Safa Park and Business Bay. Al Quoz 3 is primarily an industrial area. Al Quoz is known for its many art galleries housed in surrounding warehouse spaces. Average annual rental prices range from 180,000 AED for a 3 bedroom villa and 260,000 AED for a 4+ bedroom villa.

While Al Quoz is located in a more industrial area of the city it is in close proximity to Business Bay, Al Barsha and Umm Suqeim. For more immediate shopping and dining there is The Oasis Center Shopping Mall located in Al Quoz right off Sheikh Zayed Road. The mall has a Carrefour Express market, banks and many cafes and restaurants. Also, newly opened in this area is the Organic Foods & Cafe
Many expats living in Al Quoz drive a short distance to visit shopping facilities such as The Mall of the Emirates in Al Barsha. There are two smaller markets located in Al Quoz 1 & 2 called J Mart. For recreation the Al Quoz Pond Park is closest to Al Quoz 2 and the neighboring Safa Park is only a short distance away.
