Jumeirah Village is a newer community development located near Dubai Sports City off Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road. Jumeirah Village consists of two main communities: Jumeirah Village Circle and Jumeirah Village Triangle. Jumeirah Village Triangle is a residential area consisting of primarily smaller two bedroom town-homes suited for couples or smaller families with larger garden areas. Jumeirah Village Circle is a community with larger villas though this community is under development with heavy construction around the area.
Jumeirah Circle has some of the more economical apartment rental prices with a studio renting for 35,000 AED, two bedroom for 70,000 AED, three bedroom for 95,000 AED and 5 bedroom villa for 160,000 AED. Jumeirah Triangle has two to three bedroom villa rentals ranging from 130,000 to 220,000 AED.
Jumeirah Triangle is also in close proximity to Jumeirah Islands. The development is a Nakheel property and is still under heavy construction. Expats tend to visit neighboring Motor City for more extensive shopping options at Spinney’s and shops along the Motor City strip mall. Additional shopping in neighboring communities include: Choithram’s located in The Springs and Spinney’s located in The Meadows. The closest medical facilities are the Rosary Hospital in The Springs and the Saudi German Hospital in Al Barsha is one of the closest hospitals with A&E service.
