The development is still emerging and construction is prevalent in some areas.  Expats tend to visit neighboring Silicon Oasis for more extensive shopping facilities such as Spinney’s.  Many residents visit the neighboring Arabian Ranches Golf Club and Arabian Ranches Polo Club for socialization and to enjoy libations with their brunches or evening suppers. The closest medical facility is the Symbiosis Medical Centre in Silicon Oasis while the American Hospital and The City Hospital are the two closest hospitals with A&E service.  The Villa is conveniently located for offices in DIFC, Business Bay, Old Town and Sharjah.
