Umm Suqeim is located in western Dubai, along the Jumeirah beach coastline. Umm Suqeim comprises three sub-communities including: Umm Suqeim 1, 2 and 3.  Several important attractions are located in Umm Suqeim including Emirates International School and Suqeim Public Park both located in Umm Suqeim 2.  Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Burj Al Arab and Wild Wadi Water Park are located in Umm Suqeim 3 along the sub-community’s Jumeirah Beach coast.

Properties range from small 1 bedroom villas to very large 6 bedroom villas. Yearly rent ranges from the low end at 70,000 AED for a one bedroom villa to 400,000+ AED for a larger 6 bedroom villa.  The landscape and surroundings to Umm Suqeim back directly up to the Jumeirah Beach coastline.

There are numerous clinics that line Umm Suqeim street.  The nearest hospital with emergency services is Medcare and is only a 10 minute drive from Umm Suqeim.   There are several school options in Umm Suqeim including: Emirates International School, Kings Dubai, Raffles International School and Jumeirah Primary School is within 5 minutes of Umm Suqeim.
