I’m energetic. Love life. Love meeting new people – if possible new friends! I’m 22 years old.
When did you move to Dubai and what brought you here?
Last year in September – safety and new experiences.

No.
The best advice you were given to prepare you for life in Dubai
Don’t bring warm clothes, it’s extremely hot! Drink lots of water!
What surprised you most about Dubai?
How the taxi drivers drive – oh my goodness.
What area do you live in?
Sharjah.
If money were no object, where would you most like to live in Dubai?
Jumeirah.
Your favourite Arabic word or phrase you have learned so far
Khalas, Shukran, Marhaba.
Your least favourite word or phrase you have adopted since moving to Dubai
Inshallah tomorrow.
What has been your best experience in Dubai to date?
15,000 people watching Snow Patrol at Nasimi Beach, Atlantis The Palm.
Where do you hope to spend your next holiday?
HOME! Miss my family and friends.
Who is the person you most miss when you are in Dubai?
My fiancé 🙁
What is your favourite restaurant in Dubai?
The ones at The Irish Village (don’t know the names).
What grocery item do you most miss from your home country?
Pure South African Biltong and Braai’s (BBQ’s).
When friends and family visit you in Dubai where will you absolutely take them?
Atlantis The Palm waterpark and up the Burj Khalifa.
