Tell us a little about yourself
My name is Janet, I am an Image/Colour Consultant for House of Colour. Prior to moving to Dubai with my husband Michael, who is an Economist, I ran my own Bridal Shop in Windsor. My experience with “dressing” ladies lead me to becoming an Image Consultant with House of Colour.
When did you move to Dubai and what brought you here
My husband and I decided to move to Dubai following a visit to a friend who have moved to Dubai about 8 years ago.

Accept it for what it is
What surprised you most about Dubai
The traffic

We recently moved to the Arabian Ranches and we absolutely love it

Too many wonderful things

Not sure about this, we went to Rome last year, and people think it’s expensive here?!

My three sons

Marks and Spencers food court!
When friends and family visit you in Dubai where will you absolutely take them
I am a shopaholic, so it tends to be the Malls, Karama and Burj Khalifa
