In America there is a growing service for Modern doctor house calls, which is an online virtual consultation via Skype chat that gives a fast diagnosis. What you do is type in your symptoms, add a credit card number and within a short amount of time a doctor appears on your screen via Skype, looks you over, asks some questions and in minutes makes a diagnosis. Antibiotics can be prescribed and a prescription called through to the pharmacy.
