Robo-Makers – Ages 6-9
Wednesdays 3:30-4:20
Saturdays 10:00-10:50
Robo-Makers learn the joy of computer programming and robotics using LEGO We-Do technology. Students build robotic animals and program how they move and react on the computer using sensors. Students do not need robotic or programming experience prior to taking the Robo-Makers class. This class is a great introduction into computer programming and basic robotics, made specifically for younger children. 110/per session.

Robo-Challengers – Ages 9-12
Wednesdays 4:30-5:50
Saturdays 11:00-12:20
In Robo-Challengers, students learn how to build and program a LEGO NXT robot that walks, talks, sees, and hears. Given a challenge, robots are constructed to move, sense, and react to stimuli. Students will learn how to program the robot to use sensors and respond to commands using LEGO NXT programming software on Macs. Students do not need robotic or programming experience prior to taking the Robo-Challengers class. This class is a great extension into computer programming and basic robotics and students with previous NXT experience will work with their teacher to develop an individual learning path. 160/per session.

Create Game-On – Ages 9-12
Saturdays 12:30-1:50
Students with NXT experience participate in tournament style challenges. Students build robots to complete specific tasks and construct programs using 3-5 sensors. Participants should be comfortable with the NXT basic palette prior to registering for NXT Game-On. 160/per session.
