You can also protect yourself and others by following these common sense guidelines/suggestions:
• Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, then discard the tissue.
• Wash your hands often with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand rub.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth (germs spread easily this way).
• Avoid close contact with sick people. Likewise, if you are sick, limit your contact with others in order to keep from infecting them.
