Move One is seeking a Part-Time Relocations Consultant.

Move One Relocations is an innovative, culturally diverse global moving relocations company headquartered in Dubai, UAE. Move One has over 20 years experience operating in over forty countries globally.

Move One assists global assignees and their accompanying families with an array of services to meet their relocation needs including: household goods moving, relocation assistance, school searches, pet transportation, visa and immigration, fine art shipping and home finding.

Move One Relocations has a culturally diverse, young and energetic service oriented team. We are seeking to hire Relocation Consultants throughout the Middle East with an immediate vacancy in Al Ain.

If you are looking for a part time / per diem position, Move One is seeking Qatar expats with good communication skills and a thorough knowledge of Al Ain schools, neighborhoods, and amenities to assist with relocation services to newly arriving assignees and customers.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Familiarity with expat life in Qatar.
• Good people skills — the ability to meet and build a good working relation with clients and assignees.
• Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent listening skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting clients and assignees to conduct orientation and housing tours.
• Regular email and telephone communication with client and assignees.
• Clearly communicate services to be delivered and related procedures and time lines.
• Works closely with the relocations team including Coordinators and Junior Consultants.
• Maintains clear and up to date records of all services in the internal tracking system.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and awareness of their destination city by reading expat websites and publications.
