We are presently looking to hire:

In-House Corporate Travel Specialist:
The position of Corporate Travel Specialist is an opportunity for sole responsibility of all the corporate travel requirements for Move One.

Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure the company’s travel policy is adhered to and practiced by all employees
Provide travel assistance to all Move One employees
Source the most cost effective flight and accommodation options for business trips and conferences
Coordinate and plan internal conferences including evening/weekend programs
Review and negotiate corporate agreements with various travel service providers
Advise the company on cost effective measures with regard to corporate travel expenses
Capitalize on corporate memberships with both airlines and hotels
Track monthly expenses
Notify key staff/management of possible travel disruptions that may affect Move One’s various operations
Be up to date with the latest market information with regard to travel deals, new routes
Book the appropriate travel insurance for employees
Report monthly to HR and Finance
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
Perform quality work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision
Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Knowledge:
Fluent written and verbal English
Excellent communication skills
Geographical knowledge (especially the Middle East) and understanding
Report generating and expense tracking
Ability to book online directly with airlines, hotels, car companies, etc.
At least 5 years experience in travel booking
At least 2 years experience in travel, tourist and/or entry visa experience is preferred
