Property Specialist

Position Purpose:

To negotiate and arrange real estate sales, rentals and purchases. To study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, present purchase / rental offers to sellers / landlords for consideration.

Responsibilities / Duties / Functions / Tasks:

• Knowing market prices and details about different areas in Dubai
• Being pro active and answer questions of Property Coordinator on price and properties
• List properties directly from the landlords, with proof of ownership (and pictures when available).
• Organize the viewings of these properties with the Property Coordinator, with internal or external clients.
• Promote the rental or sales of properties through viewings, advertisements, open houses.
• Make the handover, inspect the condition of the premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
• In case of sales, act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and related matters.
• Obtains the clients, and makes the match between the client’s needs and the properties on the database.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:
Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in residential Dubai Real Estate Market.
• Preference for University graduate or equivalent.
• RERA Certified
• UAE driver’s licence and own car

• Cold calling skills.
• Direct listings of landlords and properties
• Market knowledge and specialisation in at least one (1) of the following areas:
  • Dubai Marina/ JBR
  • Emirates Living/ Jumeirah Islands
  • Palm Jumeriah
  • Jumeirah/ Umm Suqueim
  • Victory Heights
  • Green Community
  • Al Barsha
  • Arabian Ranches
