What Will Happen to Property Prices in 2012?

The forecast for property prices in the Emirates is that they will continue to drop.  Thousands of properties are scheduled to be completed in 2012 giving more choice to the renter and buyer.  Even though many of the projects scheduled to be completed will be delayed the pricing will still be affected. 

The majority of the new villa and apartment projects due to come on line are in the Dubai Marina area and Dubailand.  Analysts say that the villa projects on Palm Jumeirah and Arabian Ranches still continue to be very popular.
