I have a beautiful Beagle living with me and my husband in JLT. We of course walk him very often, but change of scenery is always great. Also to let little pooch off the leash is excellent exercise for him. Can you please recommend any parks and beaches where this is allowed?

Well, unfortunately the official answer to this is there are not any beaches or parks where you can take your dog.  However, many people do drive out to the desert behind Arabian Ranches or past Mirdif to let their dogs have a run.  Please click here to read Where to Walk your Dog in Dubai.
