Pets Description: Yellow-Orange-Green bird in parrot family (probably)

I may have found a lost pet bird.
I am assuming it is a pet bird since it is too beautiful to be in the wild and it does not fly much.  Currently it is perched in the corner of our balcony. And I have kept a bowl of water and chilli flakes near it.  However, I have never owned a pet bird so I do not know what else to do. I am leaving it undisturbed in our balcony at the moment.

If it indeed is a lost pet bird I would like to reunite it with its owner. jaydeepdatir@gmail.com
