Yogalates, fusing Yoga & Pilates in a one hour session at Fraser Suites

Want a workout that strengthens and tones your body while also calming the mind? Noura’s Yogalates is a total system of mind and body healing, combining the flexibility and meditative aspects of yoga with the muscle strengthening and toning benefits of Pilates. A great class for people of all levels, learn proper form and essential exercises from both Pilates and Vinyasa yoga combining the flexibility aspects of yoga with the muscle strengthening and inner core stability & toning benefits of Pilates.

Outdoor Yogalates & its benefits
Breathwork outside the studio offers tremendous benefits allowing us to sink the fresh breeze and calm the nervous system down. It also allows us to slow down, step back and take in the sights of sunrise or a full moon and star-studded sky free of the mirrors , windows and designer clothes… break out of the concrete jungle and get back to nature for an all-over mind, body and soul healthy experience!

October Session:
All sessions will be held on the 7th floor of Fraser Suites

Monday 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Indoor Studio)
Monday at 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM (Outdoors by the pool)
Wednesday at 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Outdoors by the pool)

Rates: 70Dhs a session or 500Dhs for 10 sessions (3-Month validity period)

Private sessions in The Greens at your home or at the Fraser Suites or Sufouh Park
Rates per 60 minute private session:
1 person: 1500 AED total for 6 session package
2 people : 1800 AED total for 6 session package

Prefer to train with your friends on a pay-as-you-go basis? Sessions can be held at Fraser Suites or Sufouh Park (lush park 5 minute drive from The Greens)
3 people : 350 AED total for a one-off session.
