Food Photography & Styling Workshop
Would you like to improve your food photography?
Are your pictures just OK but you are not sure how to make them extra special? Help is at hand. I’m delighted to announce that food writer and photographer Meeta Khurana-Wolff is holding a two-day food styling and photography workshop here in Dubai this April.
When: Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th April 2012
Where: Nasimi Beach, Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
The workshop will be limited to only ten people so that each person receives the best attention and guidance from Meeta. You can read more about how Meeta approaches photography, styling and tuition here. The aim is to solve as many of your food photography and styling problems as possible so you leave the workshop with the information and skills you need. You’ll be given the inspiration and the means to unleash your creativity and make your food images irresistible. This is ideally suited for food bloggers.
The course will cover basic and advanced food styling, presentation and photography from choosing props to composition. Through comprehensive exercises, practical assignments, a market visit and restaurant meals, Meeta will address a variety of aspects of food photography and styling. Her hands-on approach means plenty of individual coaching and one-to-one contact. All your questions can be answered, ideas can be shared and practical experience gained in a relaxed, sociable environment.
The venue for the workshop is the beautiful Nasimi Beach at Atlantis, The Palm Dubai. From a live cookery demonstration with the chef to sundowners on the palm-fringed beach, they’ll be two days of food and photography inspiration.
