Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the UAE and is also one of the biggest killers of woman in our country. In a joint effort to address this issue Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club and Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD) are organising an exhibition polo game under the concept of Pink Polo. Pink Polo aims to be a fun way to raise awareness of breast cancer and provide a different opportunity to educate woman and their families to overcome taboos associated with the disease.

Pink Polo was founded in 2010 as an alternative way to raise awareness of Breast Cancer in the UAE. On Saturday 29th October, the second edition will take place so show your support and join in for a fun day out at Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club. Enjoy pony rides, falcon shows, photo sessions with polo players, or just relax in the reserved picnic areas. Visit the “The Pink Majilis” and meet medical experts, learn self-examination techniques and undergo free screenings at the mobile mammography unit. Don’t forget to dress in pink and win prizes for the best pink outfit!
