Looking to undo that writer’s block or get inspiration for your new novel? Jessica Jarlvi is running a 4-week writing workshop in May on Wednesday evenings. For those of you who don’t know her, she is a passionate writer with a mission to inspire others? Check out her web site jessicajarlvi.com. Jessica has a BSc in Publishing and Business, a Masters in Creative Writing, and has spent years working as a journalist and editor, covering various topics. Fiction however, is closest to her heart! Jessica has published a few short stories and a children’s book, written three novels and held several writing workshops in Dubai.

Topics to be covered:

• 9th of May – “unblocking the inner writer, being creative, sourcing ideas”
• 16th of May – “structuring a book, plot line”
• 23th of May – “characters, dialogue”
• 30th of May – “the way forward: finding your own voice”

If any of you are working on a project, Jessica will also spend time discussing this the last 1/2 – 1 hour, provided the work has been sent to the others (max 8 pages though).
